Thank you for choosing Day Day Fresh Home Delivery (powered by Monster Sushi Bar).

We strive to provide you our product at the best and freshness quality at all time so please read carefully about our shipping policy.

 

Minimum Order

$ 110 or more

 

Home Delivery

We deliver to the Sydney Metro and 20km Radius from Sydney Fish Market only.

A flat delivery fee of $10.00 applies, this will be added to your total during checkout.

 

All orders must be placed before 6am for Same Day Delivery. Additional fees apply for deliveries over 20 kms, please kindly check with us if you are located outside our delivery zone.

* No Sunday Delivery / Pick Up.

PICK UP

We also provide a Free Pick Up option at our branch.

For Same Day Pick Up Order, Order must be placed before 6am.

 

You will receive an email notification from us when your order is ready. Once you have received the notification, please bring it with you to the Pick Up Point you choose to prove your identification.

  • For all pick up order at our branch, order will be cancelled automatically if you do not pick up the orders within 1 weeks from your first arranged pick up date. A $15.00 will be charged for administration fee. Hence, please do contact us if you cannot pick up your order on your pick up date.

Return & Exchange Policy

We strive to provide our best quality of food and customer service. In the event of any issues, we aim to resolve these in a reasonable, orderly and efficient manner

 

Products sold by Day Day Fresh Home Delivery are available for inspection prior to purchasing. We are not required to provide a refund or return if the consumer changes their mind.

 

Delivery Orders :

  • For all delivery orders of Fresh Produce, please kindly inspect the fresh produce quality when signing off from our delivery driver.

 

Special consideration may be considered under certain circumstances. Day Day Fresh Home Delivery must be notified within 24 hours of purchase, if the customer has the intention of making this request.

 

Eligibility for return/refund will require that the goods must be unused and in the same condition as when purchased.

 

If there are any issues or concerns with the product, please get in touch with us by via e-mail daydayfreshhomedelivery@gmail.com and we will attend to it promptly.

 

In the event that a return/refund is accepted, Goods must be returned within a 24-hour time period.

 

To complete your return, we require a valid and in-tact receipt or proof of purchase. If you fail to do so, then we may reject or deny your claim

 

Your purchase of Goods will be subject to certain laws including, without limitation, the Australian Consumer Law. The Australian Consumer Law provides you with certain rights that cannot be excluded, including that the Goods must be of acceptable quality, reasonably fit for the purpose that Day Day Fresh Home Delivery represents they will be fit for, and that the Goods will correspond with any relevant description.

 

Cancellation Policy

 

For cancelling order before pick up or dispatch, $15.00 will be charged for administration fee.

 

For home delivery, cancelling order after dispatch will not be accepted.
